These Terms govern your purchase and use of Trust, a desktop planning application. By submitting an order request or using the software, you agree to these Terms.

1. The product

Trust is a desktop planner application for Windows and macOS that includes daily planning, journaling, goal tracking and focus-session features.

2. Ordering and payment

No payment is taken on this website. When you submit the order form, we send a secure payment form to the email address you provided within 24 hours. The price is a one-time payment of USD 100. Your order is complete once payment is received, after which we email you a download link and a personal license key.

3. License

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license to use Trust on devices you own, on both supported platforms. All future updates are included at no extra cost. You may not resell, redistribute or sublicense the software or your license key.

4. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To request a refund, reply to your purchase email or contact support.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer the software except where permitted by law, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
